Timeline

In 1992, chairman Jin YiMin founded the joint venture Zhejiang Heng Tai Carbide Co., Ltd., it’s  the first enterprise entered into the Dongyang Economic Development Zone. December of the same year, the company began pilot production.

March of 1995, chairman Jin YiMin was honoured with the title of “top 10 private enterprise chairmen of Dongyang City”.

May of 1999, the company was identified as high-tech enterprise of Zhejiang province.

September of the same year, the company passed ISO9000 quality system certification.

June of 2000, chairman Jin YiMin was honoured with “top-notch talent”.

June of 2001, the company bought 23,333 square meters land in the West City Industrial Park of Dongyang Economic Development Zone.

September of 2002, the company passed ISO9001:2000 quality system certification.

March of 2003, the construction of the main workshop of our new plant(totall 4500square meters) in the West City Industrial Park was started; January of 2004, construction of the new plant was finished.

Decembet of 2003, Zhejiang Heng Tai Carbide Co., Ltd was changed its name to “Dongyang Hengcheng Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd.”.

April of 2004, production of the new plant was started, the annual production capacity reached 200tons and more.

March of 2006, new metalworking workshop started its construction.

December of 2006, the new metalworking workshop and the new office building was finished construction and were put into service.

January of 2007, Dongyang Hengcheng Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd. was changed its name to be “Zhejiang Hengcheng Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd.”.

March of 2007, round rod workshop was started construction and finished in the December of the same year.

September of the same year, the company was qualified as “National Key High and New Tech Enterprise”.

January of 2008, the company bought 26,667 square meters land in PanAn Development Zone.

February of 2008, the company was honoured as “More Mega-Taxpayer of Dongyang City” by Dongyang Government.

February of 2009, Shanghai Hengcheng Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd. was established.
